XVM-4.0.0 and XVM-stat.exe 1.5.0 for World of Tanks 0.8.6+

New release: XVM-4.0.0 and XVM-stat.exe 1.5.0 for World of Tanks 0.8.6+.
Note: If you want to use statistics module in XVM you should download XVM-stat.exe not less than 1.5.0.
